T H E   C O L T

The Colt is a revolver that can kill almost any supernatural being, except for five things in creation (Lucifer being one of them). It is in the possession of Dean Winchester.

V  E R V A I N

Ingesting or wearing vervain will disable a vampire/hybrid from being able to compel a human. It is toxic/poisonous to vampires/hybrids and will burn them even with the smallest contact. It can be used to weaken the species.

W O L F S B AN E

Like vervain is poisonous to vampires/hybrids, wolfsbane is highly toxic to werewolves/hybrids. It severely weakens the species making them feverish for a the while that they are around it or affected by it. 

T H E   I N V I N C I B L E  W H I T E  O A K    S T A K E

Stakes carved out of the white oak tree are the only known thing that can permanently kill off an Original. Though the tree no longer exists, Esther created the invincible white oak stake to provide for the enhance Original she had created. The invincible white oak stake never burns out as the Original's bodies would, it can kill each Original permanently and could even be used to kill regular vampires. It is in the possession of Kol Mikaelson.

W h i t e   O a k    A s h    D a g g e r s

The white oak ash daggers are weapons that were created by witches in order to subdue an Original. The daggers dipped in white oak ash have the ability to "put down" an Original. However, unlike the white oak stake, the daggers mixed in ash that are staked into an Original's heart will put them to sleep for as long as the dagger remains within them. The daggers must be used only by humans because if wielded by a monster - refers to non-original vampires and possibly werewolves - the dagger will claim both lives. Stefan Salvatore has the possession of one dagger whileKol Mikaelson has the rest.

A N T I   P O S S E S S I O N    T A T T O O

As it states,  the anti possession tattoo makes it so that the person with the permanent ink on their skin can be no longer possessed by a demon. The tattoo can be burned off and therefore after will make the person vulnerable to possession once more. The tattoo does not repeal archangels or the khan worm, only demons.

T H E   W O R D   O F   G O D

The word of God is ancient tablets containing, well, the word of God. They were written and depicted by Metatron in a language that not even angels know. The word was carved into stone tablets that were locked in a vault in the core of Earth (possibly various vaults). It is unknown how many tablets were created (three that have been revealed are: Leviathans -How to kill the beasts-, Demons -how to imprison demons in hell forever and how to kill them-, and angels -how to casts angels out of heaven-). The tablets are breakable, and only the prophet designated to read them can reconnect it and even read it; translate it. 

R U B Y' S   K N I F E

Ruby's knife (or the demon killing knife), is an ancient knife created by the Kurdish people. It has the ability to kill demons, hellhounds and possibly any other demonic creature. It is in the possession of @midnightsundean Winchester & Sam Winchester.

D E A T H' S   S C Y T H E

The scythe is a personal belonging of the horseman which he himself created for unknown reasons. It is technically a sickle given it's fist sized handle. It is possibly the most powerful weapon in creation, exceeding an angel blade, an archangel blade, Ruby's knife, and the Colt; as those are limited to certain creatures or beings. It can reap anyone or anything and alas it is in the possession of Death . (For the sake of avoiding some calamity..)

A N G E L   B L A D E

These are weapons carried by angels (at times hunters and even demons). Given that they can kill angels, they are one of the powerful weapons as they can kill angels, demons, seraphs, nephilims, hellhounds, reapers, and possibly other supernatural creatures. 

A R C H A N G E L    B L A D E

They are personal blades of the four archangels. They are more powerful than the Angel blades. They have the ability to kill the archangels themselves as well as many other supernatural beings (similar to the list angel blade, just expanded).

D E V I L ' S    T R A P

A sigil trap for demons. Like salt and iron, demons can't escape once trapped within it. They're easily walked into, but can't be gotten out of unless the seal is broken. Their powers cannot be used while stuck within one, and cannot be broken by a demon when they're directly inside it.
